• 18 years of Track and Field / Plyometrics
• I’ve Ran Several marathons including Philadelphia and Boston
• I still Run and Bike. I still like Adventure events, lifting weights and walk like I meant.
• I’m a mother of two grown children, I’m very proud of them.
